I no longer live in Kentucky, but I remember the hills and woods so fondly. My grandmother was Evelina Conn of Bath County, KY. The Conn line definitely had healing women, so I also look forward to reading A Woman in Time!
Whitney, thank you for commenting. I suspect we must be related since my family were Conns in Bath County, too! I used my other Granny's maiden name, McKenzie, in A Woman in Time, but this story is inspired by the Conn women. Hope you enjoy!
