I don't have patience to sit for 30 minutes not writing in the story. If it's not working, I'll jump to a different one. Always have many stories at different stages. I like to ask writers, "Why do you want to have writers block?" if they are online talking so much about how they have it. Okay, so if they're writing about that - I don't think there is a block. There is just a change in subject matter they are writing about.
