Dear Jon, thank you very much for taking the time to answer my query. Your Amazon situation does sound rather bizarre. I am extremely relieved to find out that I wasn't missing out on any new written content with your Jess and Lina book. Given your insightful and slightly acerbic treatment of Jess Franco's work in Strange New World I was just worried that I might have missed out on you writing about his earlier stuff with Soledad Miranda, or later 80s output. I shall keep an eye out to see if your for Jess and Lina book reappears on Amazon in any case. Please keep up the good work. I can't tell you how much your Strange New World has kept me entertained during lockdown! I'm even thinking of using it in a university course I'm teaching...
Thank you for your kind words, Greg. (A review on Amazon or Goodreads is always appreciated!?). It is the greatest compliment to a non-fiction writer to hear that his book may be used for teaching (that must be quite an interesting course!). If you proceed, let me know how it works out, pro or con…!
