Jude Law has always struck me as rather Bones-ish. He even already has the accent.
I have imagined another British actor....Benedict Cumberbatch.
James Marsters... When I see him being Spike on Buffy the Vampire Slayer that's always who I picture as Bones!
When I read the first book in the series I always imagined Charlie Hunnam as Bones (that was before SoA), but now mexican actor Aaron Diaz is my Bones (at least in looks, we'll have to do something about the accent) :D

I agree with Linda and Cindi Russell. The first time I read a description of Bones I thought "Hey! That really sounds like Spike on Buffy!" So James Marsters it would be for me.
Matt Ryan as he appears in Constantine (TV series) - the accent, the hair and the way he says 'luv' always reminds me of Bones.
Matt Ryan also has the Bones vibe, and he could work, but I still prefer James Marsters.
It would have to be someone who is 24 or looks 24. Too bad that eliminates James Marsters. Charlie Hunnam is good looking, but not as gorgeous as Bones. I don't know who would be. :)
It's probably gonna sound weird but for some reason I always picture Joseph Morgan as Bones. I know he doesn't look anything like him and his accent is off too but he is devilishly handsome and the way he says "luv" reminds me of our beloved Crispin.
Scott Adkins...Liam Hemsworth,,,Chris Hemsworth is okay too.

I think Theo James would be a nice pick! I have no idea about the accent thing because i am from Germany ! But i would Love to See cat and bones on screen
