Those are both great movies. If I were to pick two it would be Mindcrimes (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0480669/) a great Spanish film with many twists. The second would be Time After Time with Malcome McDowell as H.G. Wells and David Warner as Jack the Ripper.

Time after Time is a great flick, too. When I saw it, I had just seen Clockwork Orange and it was a great contrast of roles for McDowell. And David Warner is always a great villain. And it was my first time to see Mary Steenbergen.
And I confess - I liked Back to the Future. All three.
