Could split the book into two collector edition hard backs maybe ?
That's a possibility, although I'd like to keep it as one book if poss.
A hardback with illustrations sounds awesome. I’d buy it. I want to read BM over and over every few years.

I feel a Kickstarter coming on... and yeah, I'd back it. I read a lot of fantasy and I haven't torn through a book as fast as I did Battle Mage in a long time.
