Shannon What on EARTH gave them the right to ban a book?!

Emily Goodwin They only told me "content". I have NO idea. I think it's so wrong to censor books!

Shannon Definitely in this day and age. I wonder how you were able to resubmit it. I don't think Amazon should get the money from it and feel like using Smashwords for that reason. Then again, they're less likely to ban it again if they see a profit. Morons. Well, I needed a "banned book" for a reading challenge. Here I have one. Geesh.

Donna Why was it banned from Amazon?

Donna Oh, and did you have to change it to resubmit it? I read the preview of it an want to read the original version.

Shannon Donna, it's back up now. That does bring up a good questions for the author, though.

Did you change the content or just get cleared to post the original?

Emily Goodwin Donna, the only thing different is one character, Lily, had perviously stated her age to be 14. I took that line out. Having an underage character is the only thing we could think of that could have gotten the book flagged.
