I finally had a reply, sadly no audio news, I am very sad to hear that, they are excellent. Are a comfort I started rereading your Cambridge novellas and had a thought, no idea if it would be possible regarding their age, they might get too old, but could a WW2 novella with the two be a thing one day?
It might be. I struggle to write WWII because it's a bit too close to home (my dad fought out in Burma) but yes, maybe I need to be brave. There is a story set in 1952 with the lads - The Case of the Undiscovered Corpse.
Well, I did just finish book 1 in the other series, so might give it a go. Thanks.
