Except that Queen Esther /stayed Jewish/, and wasn't in a situation where Haman's decree to outlaw the Jews had already gone into effect with the deaths of millions. King Ahasuerus was unaware of how it would affect his wife and allowed the Jews to fight back against those who would kill them. No such parallel existed, or /could/ exist in the Nazi regime.
Your novel does /not/ parallel Esther's story. All it does is condone mass murder and rape (and how else can you categorize a situation where, if she said no, she's off to the gas chambers?) and forced assimilation of the Jews.
Your novel makes it such that Jews have one option--assimilate or die. Which is a choice that Christians have been imposing on Jews for centuries. By writing it, all you have done is to perpetuate Hitler and Haman's legacies of suffering and oppression, because you have told your Christian readers that it is acceptable to oppress the Jews if they will "accept Jesus" and told the Jews that another round of forced assimilation in the name of Jesus is coming. I hope that you'll one day see why you should be ashamed of that being your legacy.
