Perhaps it will help to wear comfortable clothes and shoes when flying? I try to drink water Before flying so I do not get dehydrated.
When taking off, think of a subject, like elephants. Now close your eyes, picture an elephant and think of every fact you can about elephants. You can do the same thing when landing. It helped me, hope it can help you.
