Hi, Mr. McDonald. Interesting to know that the column about American women is your most-read—and I certainly agreed with it. When I click on the link you provided above, I get: "This page is private - try signing in with a different email, or letting the author know they've linked to a private page." Anyway, even if I can't access it, thanks for answering the question at least. 😂
