Linda Gill Yes, this fascinated me as well. Thoreau intrigues my mind and wandering around Concord, MA years ago knowing the he and Emerson and Louisa May Alcott and Longfellow and others had been together right there. Waldon Pond gave me a sense of the Mr. Thoreau that I had read about in high school, but possibly would like to know more. 'Your book, Mrs. McCoy, was such a fine work. I love the way you wove Eden with Sarah and brought them both up close and personal.
