That's great , thanks. I hope they send you the revised edition! There was an initial cock-up when the publisher published a draft rather than the edited version!!!! Any issues with mis placed hyphens, let me know. I'd send you the revised copy. I'll buy you're ebook as soon as I finish this message. I was genuinely impressed by your writing style.
