Like you, I love The Enchanted Forest Chronicles. I also found Wicked to be a very complex feminist book in a way, although it surely has its weaknesses.
Mahalia sounds interesting, I will give it a read soon!

I should give Wicked a reread. I'm starting into The Queen of Attolia now, and though it's not as gripping so far as The Thief, the characters are certainly intriguing! I also LOVED Fever Crumb, which I just finished.

I'll get my butt in gear for writing!
