Ingo Dear Gail, thanks for your fast answer and your interest. The link does not help, I get a message "This edition is not for sale in your country" popup (without stating which country that is).
As far as I see it, you (or your publisher) are losing ebook sales outside Canada and maybe USA if I am not able to buy it, quite a lot of people will also not be able to buy it.
The offer of mailing a Paperback very generous, but does not solve the problem, that others outside of Canada and maybe USA cannot buy Apparation nor Absolution as an ebook, even the Paperback is an import (and a high price also).
The ebooks are also not listed at Amazon.com and I do not know wether US-citizens can buy them in Canada (my guess is not). Not to lament the laws behind that, the publisher should be able to change that, to offer the books in more (all) countries, what I do not know, is wether the costs might be too high for that - only I see a lot of self published books available in english at most stores (Barnes&Nobles, Amazon in all countries). Please nudge the publisher in the right direction, I will certainly buy the books when they are available as an ebook (more convenient)

Gail Gallant Dear Ingo, As it turns out, there is no one who holds rights in the German market so I have been told, sadly, there is so way for you to purchase an ebook from Germany. I'm surprised (obviously not understanding how these things work) because I thought perhaps you could just purchase the ebook from a Canadian site, either the publisher's website or Amazon in Canada. Apparently not! My offer still stands if you'd like a paper copy!
Best regards,
Gail
