When will this be available as an ebook outside of Canada? Currently I cannot buy this, except as used paperback (would prefer an ebook). Being in Germany, Amazon.De would be preferable, but I can buy elsewhere (Thalia, Amazon.Com, Barnes & Nobles), for a lot of books, Amazon.De and Amazon.Com list both and for the same price. As I read english authors in english, I do not care about a translation.

work for you? (I don't understand much about how international sales of my Canadian published book work.) But I will ask my publisher.
If you were open to a paper copy, I would send one to you in the mail, just because you are the first European I have heard from!!! (And I visited Germany once and liked it very much!) Let me know a mailing adress and full name if you are interested. but in the meantime, I will definitely inquire about access to ebooks in Germany for you.
