Did you know giveaways almost always exclude Canadians? Authors need to shake their publishers to never mind extra postage. I think authors write for all of North America's countries and beyond!
OMG, RICK!!! I 1,000% agree. Canadian readers are the best (I met a lot of them in Montreal this past May).
