I just checked on the american Amazon and you're right, there are two paperbacks available. I'm in the US because of work, but I'm going back to Brazil in two days. Too bad, the paperback would not arrive here before that. And it's way too complicated to have it sent to Brazil. I'll try the ebook on the italian Amazon then, if they allow me to.
