Roly that was perfect. I completely understand what you mean, and the comparison to older wars, with heroism made so much sense to me. I also dig the comedy but where it ISNT slap stick as you said, but has a tinge of that pulp fiction vibe only in Belvaille. The grounding of weaponry and lack of tons of alien languages and crazy technology to further add filler, adds to the allure of the HLH universe. Its to the point, while still having room to explore the characters more than just some "grand scale shit" with tons of ships etc distracting from the core of the story which is Hank, but done in a way that isn't all Luke Skywalker. He reminds me a bit of Duke Nukem but where as Duke was corny, Hank isn't, and that also is appealing. After I finish reading Luther: TheCalling I will go ahead and purchase Basketful of Crap. As for the agents? they can buzz off. I look forward to seeing a movie of your series one day, maybe once I finish my schooling I'd love to see that happen. Keep up the great work and again thank you for letting myself and others see what went into creating the HLH universe.

David Kester I recently discovered the Hank books. I am atttracted to Sci-Fi comedy like Phule's Company https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phule%2...
Phule and Hank are about as different as they can be in a corrupt world.
