I noticed that too, but looked it up in the urban dictionary..though sometimes when in conversation, the word combo is hilarious...like "Fuck this butt,” Cain said. Lolol I couldn't help but giggle..
Yeah, it does produce some funny combinations. Many a time I've heard a drunk Welshman stuttering in anger in the pub and repeating "Butt... fucking... butt... fucking..." before launching into a tirade.
