BTW, I read your trail cookbook, and you can also get little packets of hot sauce, duck sauce, peanut butter etc. etc. at minimus.biz. You can buy individual packets for as little as 15 cents each and they have a large variety in case you can't find everything you need by getting take-out etc. they also have a lot of other individually sized things great for back-packing.
