Pat- I was wondering- Like Hob and the deer, why don't u write a spin off for the backstory of Shadlock? We wld luv to hear more about the enigmatic, charismatic character- his history, his triumphs, his banishment and exile, even his lost romance....We need the story of the strong and silent types in today's world.
It's something I've thought of doing one day, but without giving anything away, there's a lot about Shadlok in Crowfield 3 (not sure yet when this will be published, it's very much a cursed book!) and most of the questions you raised are answered. There is a second Hob book to come but right now I'm working on something new and far from the Crowfield world, a ghost story. There are so many books to write and not nearly enough time! x
same she is the best. pat walsh your writing is awesome just like Agatha christie's writting. love you both!
