Thank you so much! I'm really sorry I'm not finished yet. I've given myself a deadline of finishing by April, and releasing in May.
Oh, thank you so much! The finish line is in sight - I'm writing the final act right now. I'll need a little while to edit and tinker, but a release in June or July is almost certain.
Great news. I'm really looking forward to The Shadow King, especially after reading the first chapter at the end of The Manticore's Soiree.
Awesome, Jon, thanks. Cho Lin's story is one of the three main threads in The Shadow King, and I think as I enter the homestretch of writing the book (only a few more chapters to go!) that her story is my favorite.
Just finished The Crimson Queen, loved it and hope that the next one is out soon. I have been a bit "unlucky" lately and picked up good books but all of them not finished series. Have you read Steven Erikson by the way?
I have! Great stuff, ridiculously epic. Thanks for the compliment on Queen, the sequel is all edited and ready to go, and I'm just waiting on the cover now. Hopefully I'll be able to put it out in July :-)
Sounds great! Just read James Islington and his next is not out until next summer :( So nice to hear that yours will be out sooner. Absolutely love Erikson so always glad to hear others do to. Saw that you also like Under Heaven. I love GGK and Under Heaven is just magic! My favourite of his books. Enjoy your writing and I am sure us readers will enjoy the reading bit!
Really enjoyed "The Crimson Queen!" Looking forward to the sequel! (Hopefully soon as you mention above!)
You will! The book is finished, I'm just waiting on my cover art. I'm sending my artist psychic proddings to draw faster :-)
