It has one cat that belongs to the boy, Ethan. However, it's a cameo role. FOR THE LOVE OF ETHAN is about a mother whose son needs an organ transplant. It sounds like it might be grim but the mother, Delainie, approaches life with a rather whacky sense of humor. I can send you a mobi, epub or pdf. in a few weeks. I'm still working on some details.

Sounds interesting. It's good Ethan has a cat. There seem to be a few "For the Love of Ethan" titles out there. A romance and a facebook page for a boy with multiple diagnoses. Is your book related to these? I think mobi is best. My email is lecatts@att.net.

Thanks for pointing that out. I seem to be amazingly naive. I hadn't checked to make sure the title was at least somewhat original. I'm reluctant to change it because it would be a big hassle and because it really fits the book.
