Thanks for your response. I am still working on carving out a dedicated schedule. So far I strive to work on my writing (manuscript development) 2 hours a week day. I also work a couple of ours on learning how to promote my published books. A chunk of time is also set aside for research since my writing is based travel exploits with our dog. I, too, dedicate time to working out regularly. Usually, I work out an hour every week day. I understand how important having a schedule is to any endeavor which is why I am working on developing one for my new role as a writer.
