Hi Beverly,
I do have a writing schedule. I work Monday through Thursday in a Quality Assurance office and try to do some marketing for my books in the evenings during the week. I work out at about 5:30 am Friday and Saturday morning and try to get in 8 or 10 hours of writing or editing during those 2 days. No workout Sunday morning but I usually start a little later and try to get 8 hours in.
