Hi Josh, I have just seen your question - sorry it went to the wrong Ronald M James (who has sadly, since, passed away). I do not know how one might obtain Elisabeth Hartmann's dissertation. Its distribution was limited in 1936, and with the war intervening, it remained largely forgotten. My mentor, Sven Liljeblad (1899-2000) had a copy of her work, which he gave to me for my project. It is regrettably rare. Best wishes to you - Ron
