"Thorn" was an excellent book ! Is there going to be a sequel?
Kind of? I am working on a companion story featuring Rae (you might have had a chance to meet her in "The Bone Knife"--that story will re-release with "Thorn" from Harper). Rae ends up in the king's court in Tarinon visiting her cousin there... and gets pressed into service as a royal attendant for a particular princess. So we do see Alyrra again, but only through Rae's eyes. I'm really looking forward to developing Rae's story, as it will take up a few of the unresolved threads from "Thorn," including what happens to all the children and young women who disappear.
So very excited! And I do hope they keep the cover. It is so memorable and always garners attention when I recommend it.
