Monique Of course, I am signed up! Thank you so much for your reply... no she isn't anymore! I thought it was wonderful! What an amazing book! Thank you for being an author! But of course, you're right. They would be fantastic stories but no HEA... Sophy though there might be hope for the future... You would need an Historical New Adult category, LOL!

Theresa Romain Historical New Adult--now there's an idea whose time has come! :) I'm so glad you liked Season for Desire, Monique. Thanks for getting in touch!

Caz My eldest reads historical fiction almost exclusively (can't think where she gets it from!) and I've scoured everywhere and found her just about everything I can that's suitable for her age group. So if someone *cough* wants to write something for her to read, I certainly won't be complaining!

Theresa Romain Caz, sounds like great taste in books runs in the family!

I can definitely understand wanting to find some age-appropriate reads for your daughter. Has she read Susanna Kearsley's books? They have a strong historical element, a lovely dollop of romance, but (if I recall correctly) no explicit love scenes.

Caz I'm sure I have a couple of Kearsley books around - I will remind her they're on her Kindle :)

Theresa Romain Nice, hope she likes them. :) The first Kearsley book I read was The Firebird, and I loved it so much I bought all her other books that are in print.
