That's an interesting take. I'm not sure that I've ever heard an author phrase the creation of their series like that.

Novella or not, I would love to read more about any/all of those characters. BTW, Sloane and Rex's POVs were really believable. It definitely felt like I was reading the thoughts of a teenager. In any case, I'll hold on to the hope of more stories on our Alignment characters!
