Update: Book 9 became Wolf's Rage, book 7.5, when the events occurred between book 7 and 8. But Wolf's Rage is a full story. In fact, it is several thousand words longer than most of the other books. Now I'm writing book 9, Wolf's Quest, which is really the tenth book in the series.
