Christy Owens I found and read your books on Kindle unlimited, too. It is a great way to find and try new series and authors that you might not try otherwise. I'm really enjoying your Highland Magic series BTW.. Great characters, interesting storyline. Looking forward to the next book in the series!

Helen Harper Thank you, Christy!

Stephanie Lank Kindle Unlimited is the only way I can afford to feed my addiction! I love all of your books! I have read the Bo Blackman and Blood Destiny series and am almost done with Highland Magic #3 right now. Need to read Corrigan now!!!

Jan This is great. I love Kindle Unlimited and now I don't have to feel guilty. Thanks for the information.

Mammothy Kindle Unlimited is great. I couldn't afford as many books as I read. And through Kindle Unlimited I dare to checkout new authors and topics without risking bankruptcy :)

Raymond I just read all 4 of the Ivy Wilde Witch series and I must say it totally ROCKED! It has been so long since I read a book and I literally laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes. I thoroughly enjoyed the series. I'm going to definitely read your others.

Alice Thank you for considering us as readers! I most definitely couldn't afford to read even 2 books per month if I had to pay out of pocket. The typical price of $10+ per book is simply too unaffordable for me. College-aged students like to read too! As a kid, I couldn't afford books either unless they came from the library or a thing like Kindle Unlimited when we would have to try to pay for food as well. It warms my heart to know your thoughts.

Karen I must say I'm in love with your books and have started reading everything, I can get my hands on that you have written. I started with Kindle Unlimited and now doing audiobooks, on top so I can enjoy them while I'm out on the boat or working in the yard. Just finished Blood Destiny series, now I'm on to whatever, else I can find that you have written. I really enjoyed Blood Destiny, can't wait to see what else you have out.

Mahesh One thing you must remember while reading Kindle Unlimited books is "Must not use the scroll feature", as KU money to author calculated on the page read count, and if you use scroll feature the page count will be lesser and the author gets less. So beware of this!

message 10: by Wicked (new)

Wicked Mahesh, that is really interesting! I had no idea. I have an older iPad that does not allow the scroll feature, but I do use it on my iPhone when I am in the doctor's office or out and about elsewhere. That means that I switch back and forth while reading one book. I wonder how that affects the page count for the author then? And how ridiculous! Amazon knows how to sync my read pages from one type of reading to another, so why on earth would they simply not use the same way of counting pages for an author? I swear software writers are getting lazier or dumber, maybe both.

Mahesh https://justpublishingadvice.com/kind...
It is impossible to count the proper count but they are not gonna own it up. As they are paying from 1$ to max 10$ for each book to author and gaining profits.

~Nina~ Kindle Unlimited is great it gave me a chance to read A Lazy Girl's Guide to Magic and I loved it so much that I bought to Audiobook as well as the hard copy

Jessari Tanelorn I (almost) always use KU to read a book for the first time. If I like it, I purchase the physical copy because I'm a hoarder. For those like me, authors potentially make 2x what they would if a person just bought a book outright.

P.S. I just finished the KU version of Ivy Wilde, and am definitely adding them to my 'purchase' list!
