She's home, is on blood thinners and a heart regulation drug, with inflammation of her sternum causing mechanical pain. I was fearful I'd lose her, and elated she's home. She could use some nanites and a medlab. :-)
I had a scare with my wife a few months ago, I don't know where you are with this but i can understand the fear. take care.
Thanks. We don't know what happened initially, but she's on the mend. I have to take over all home tasks for her for a few weeks since I don't want a relapse. I'm writing a bit despite the demands on my time. It's relaxing and fun to imagine the story line expansion.
I am still young and don't want to assume either, but I follow Athlean-X on YouTube. He has good exercises and stretches. I try to stretch the muscles in my chest because we spend so much time with our arms in front.
