I'm going over my draft right now too. I'm on page 28 of 150. So slooow.
LMAO! I would say let's race, but I have to grade portfolios and essays. I'm supposed to have a novel prepared for Pitch Wars, and I not make the deadline unless and act of God happens during spring break. Hmmm, it might.
Interesting! I'm also a teacher in my other life. I'm hoping to publish in July, so I'm not panicking yet.
Summer's are the best time for me to publish, though I teach full time in the summer. Something always comes up in the regular year, but I slowed down production myself. I'm hoping to get this next book into the LA and New York Public libraries. (BTW, whoever is designing your covers is doing a bad ass job. I have a new cover designer and am revamping some of the noob work I did in the past.) Anyway, I can't wait to read your novel.
