Recently, I read an author's comment that really helped me with writer's block. That author said that she never has a problem with it. Her secret? She always leaves her writing in mid-sentence, mid-paragraph, or at least mid-scene. That way, when she returns the next time to write, the first words just come flowing right out. Then, she is off and running.
