This is great information. How can we distinguish self pub from external published? I'm guessing we're looking at Penric vs. the rest?
Anything listed as through Spectrum Literary Agency is my self-e-pubbed. For US publication, this includes pretty much all the separate novellas and all my older VK ebooks, to which I got e-rights back in 2012. For UK and World, it includes pretty much everything, including all the fantasy novels.
