Oh my gosh, so excited I only have to wait a month! Thanks for your meticulous research. Have you ever thought of doing feature stories or articles in Oregon newspapers or magazines? I used to live in two small towns, one in Minnesota and the other in Colorado, and really loved reading up on local history, warts and all! I'd guess you've come across a lot of interesting tales that you don't put in a novel, but that we'd love to know about!
I've thought about writing articles but I guess I am too lazy. History is amazing and sometimes it is actually thrilling to discover an unknown or little known fact. So glad you like the series. It's what keeps me going...
