So sorry to hear about your daughters. I also lost my son 20 yrs ago. It is hard to go on without them but we have to wait. In the meantime, there are things for us to do. Writing and making the world a little better is a good thing. So glad to have met you via the internet. Have a blessed day!
Alan, that's awful you lost two daughters. Cancer is such a curse; I have lost several family members to it, not as bad as your experience of course. I wish you all the very best for the future and hope you can come to terms with what has happened.
Most sorry to hear about you daughters. I have two X-generation offspring myself, and my daughter smokes. I used to worry about my son because he is a firefighter, but he has survived to the point that he is more useful behind a GIS mapping computer, than out sucking smoke. I guess it is a parents fate to worry!
