[close] A book group for all those who love sci-fi and fantasy. We read three books per month, one from each genre, plus a carefully curated moderators special. Please no authors promoting their books - we will delete these posts without warning.

[close] We select 5 or more books a month for our fearless fantasy fans. You may choose to read none, one, even all five! Anyone can join, strangers who love the same genre and/or want a community of new friends are welcome! We read quickly, and we love series!

[close] Five years ago, the kingdom of Falcon's Reach was nearly swallowed by the living wasteland that surrounds it, before it was saved by an unlikely group of heroes. Since then, the damage that was wrought during the war has slowly come to mend. Civilizations once hidden from one another interact as neighbors. Though the Wastes may still occupy the continent, incidences involving its monstrous inhabitants have been comparatively few and far between. However, a new problem has arisen in Falcon’s Reach. The king's incompetence has cost him the loyalty and respect of many of his subjects. Now the kingdom sits precariously on the brink of rebellion, and it may well devour itself from within. I suggest you prepare yourself and ally with those you still feel you can trust, because you won't last long on your own.

[close] This group is being started because there wasn't another group for Mr. Ryan Cahill's inaugural series. As a big fan of his writings, the maps, and the world, I felt this community needed to be here as the series grows.
