SHIELD was still operating the shadows, the Watch Dogs weren't publicly killing inhumans, and the Hulk seemed to have mysteriously vanished off the face of the Earth. Perhaps the Avengers as we knew them had disbanded, but it was okay. It was all okay. Until Now.
