[close] *Moderators wanted* This rp is set at a fictional high school (not the real Los Angeles High School). After a mysterious event several decades ago, mutants began cropping up all over the world (with fantastic powers, such as flight or telekinesis). The discovery eventually led to a war, in which one of the mutants, Orpheus Hail, crowned himself Dictator of the USA. Needless to say, he was quickly overthrown and, after getting their government back on track, humans developed a strong hatred for any and all mutants. As a student or teacher at LA high school, you must pick a side. Mutant or human? Or mutant-loving human? You decide.

[close] High school is more dangerous than any world war. Backstabbing, lying, hormone rampages, crying in the bathrooms, falls from social thrones. Step in and enter this battle field, if you dare. Clockwork Academy is one hundred fifty miles away from other cities, but they have their own little city. Half a dozen or so shops run by teachers and manned by students desperate for an extra buck. There's two boarding houses for students-- one for each gender-- one learning building, and one athletic building. What will you do with your life?
