[close] Happiness. Escapism. Fun. A good read. Looking forward to more books. It is aimed at people who like travel but maybe can't so they can be armchair travelers. People saddled down with mortgages, bills, debts, will have a few hours of escapism into a different world and inspite of some serious subjects like murder, art theft, people trafficking which are all treated with respect, there is much humour constantly lurking among the very likeable strong characters that run through the series. It is the quirky characters that give so much fun to the reader.
