[close] Welcome to The Minority Club! Our goal is to bring together a community of individuals who are passionate about exploring and discussing some of the most challenging, controversial and thought-provoking ideas and worldviews. What unites our members is our obsession for intellectual rigour, honesty and humility. Every day we commit to read at least two chapters of a book we choose from a wide range of fields including philosophy, logic, mathematics, physics, and computer science. These books are often dense, technical, and require a high level of concentration and critical thinking to fully comprehend. However, we believe that the effort is worth it, as these books offer insights and perspectives that can help us to better understand ourselves and the world we happen to inhabit. During our meetings, we delve deep into the major topics and ideas presented in the book, using a combination of open debate and transparent analysis to digest the material trying to be as clear and critical as possible in order to grasp the foundations. We encourage all of our members to actively participate in these discussions, and we welcome a diversity of views and perspectives.

[close] The Institute for Working Families recognizes that when Hoosiers are financially stable, they can achieve their full potential and better contribute to their communities. Policy plays an important role in building families' economic well-being. In order to do this we have to do a LOT of reading. This group is to connect with our followers and supporters and allow them to see what we are reading and connect with us about those books.
