Pride and Prejudice

[close] Do you love Jane Austen, her novels and adaptations of her works? This group is for you. It's built around the Jane Austen Yearly Challenge. I've designed the challenge in 2015 and co-hosted it in the NBRC group ever since . I believe it's time to make it available for readers and movie lovers outside that group. If a year-long reading and watching challenge based on Jane Austen and the Regency era sounds appealing to you, join in. :) Or you can just look around and explore the JA resources I link to. Enjoy!

[close] In Jane Austen’s novels, nature is never just a backdrop. It is a refuge, an inspiration, and a mirror for her protagonists. This group is for those who wish to wander through gardens, paths, and fields within her stories, and discover how nature shapes their inner worlds. A space to read, share, and take a closer look at this essential part of her work.

[close] Welcome to the online Book Club to supplement our Jane Austen Book Challenge! I thought it would be fun to have a place to post some of our favorite stuff, links to anything cool we find, and discuss if we want to watch the movie adaptions after the books or not! This will also allow us to see where everyone is at within the challenge, so that hopefully we all stay relatively close to each other. The goal is to have all the original books read before 2018 ends!
