[close] A manga book club created by me ( Natalie @pagesandpanels, hiya!) where we read newly published (in the US) manga together each month and discuss it here. There will also be a video on my channel each month where I review the manga pick of the month and announce the next one. This club is not genre-specific meaning that we will read among a multitude of genres and demographics. Some months the manga will be predetermined by me and others will be chosen by a poll. Though I always welcome recommendations!

[close] Focusing mainly on older shonen/seinen manga/gekiga titles. Since I began adding various manga series to the site's database, I looked for a group where I could send update information, but most groups I looked at seem to have no focus more specific than "anime/manga" fandom, and are mainly engaged discussing titles I have little or no interest in, or already have a large, dedicated fan-base. I'll be trying to group other titles that already exist on the site into numbered series collections, to make things tidier. Those will be linked here, also. I'll add content outside of the main focus, too, 'cause I like all kinds of stuff. This group may appeal to you if you are: A. Grumpy B. Old in mind, body or both C. A shut-in D. A big fan of vintage titles E. Interested in helping to add titles yourself F. Wanting a place complain that other people have terrible taste This group is dedicated to otaku who have been buried under great piles of manga, both figuratively and literally.

[close] This is a group for all lovers of Fantasy novels, Fantasy sub-genres and Manga. The series read for 2023 will be the Legend of the First Empire by Michael J Sullivan.

[close] This group is made to make a community of people interested in BL. In hopes of giving eachother reccomendations, and honest opinions about BL we've read. This is a safe space for people to be able to talk about their interest in YAOI/BL, and have a community where we all have a common ground. Of course, you can also talk about other genres of manga, or light novels. Just, share your interests, enjoy, and have fun.
