[close] This is the city of New Elysian. Years ago, a massive oil spill forced everyone to start over and build new lives. The new group that has gained control is known only as "The Leaders", and they are working to create utopia on Earth. There's a catch, the people called "The Holders". These people are born with special powers not always under their control. No one knows the full extent of what they can do or what powers they can have. People fear them, out-casting them. Set in a sprawling metropolis in a world where the fantastic is possible, the unbelievable is reality, and the amazing is an almost common occurrence!
