This global discussion group has been designed to encourage debates about important and underreported issues of our era. All you need is an enquiring mind and a desire to gain or share “underground knowledge”. This is also a place to discuss the controversial topics explored in The Underground Knowledge Series (non-fiction books) by James Morcan & Lance Morcan as well as the Underground Knowledge podcast show.

The only way to know the future is by being aware of the past, the present, and its trends. Since we know we can't see the future, at least we can guess and narrow down our forecasts - but to do that, we need knowledge.
We create this reading group to fill the gap between where we are now and the times to come. We aim to get a broader perspective, a bigger picture, a bird's view.
A reading group focused on utopias and dystopias that make us think, books and essays that put us aware of our environment, futuristic innovations, and tales from the past, that teach us how and why the things we have today are like they are, and maybe help us to know how to change them.
The group proposes to read around one book or essay (article, interview) per month, ~12 books in total.
Books about finance, history, political and philosophical questions. Books about happiness and how to live a better life.
Are these the tools to survive in this information society? We think so, if you don't agree, join the reading club and prove us wrong!
Welcome to the future!
