[close] 200 years ago, our ancestors lived in peace with the average human being in peace and harmony. Now, though, the humans have rebeled against our assistance in their own existence. They have grabbed and destroyed many of us, causing us to slip back into the darkness from which we crawled out of in hope. Life, as Mutants know it, is dark and limited. Now, though...humans are endanger once again. Not from Mutants, but from the new alien force about to crush their struggling population. Will you help or not?

[close] Welcome to the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning! You must be 13 years or older to join. So you’re a mutant who looks funny or has freaky powers (or both). Looking to tone your skills? Got kicked out of your village? You have nowhere else to go? You’ll fit right in at Xavier’s Institute, where Headmaster AJ, an alpha wolf mutant, has taken over for the great telepath Charles Xavier who met his untimely demise under mysterious circumstances. The last headmaster, Professor Gray, couldn’t stay for long. Kidnapped by a mysterious group of villains known as Trinity, the X-Men are working full-time. What is Trinity? And why have they attacked the institute? Nobody knows. But do you have the skills of a highly trained mutant to protect and save the victims of Trinity? Can you be an X-Man? Here in the X-Men Universe Roleplay, you can make your own original characters and slide them into our group. We promise they’ll fit right in. You choose if they’re a student at the Institute, an X-Men or an evil villain part of Trinity. Just post your character in the Character Sheets page, and wait for a mod’s approval! :) Inside the roleplay, the year is 2016. Your student might have to follow some rules, which are nicely spelled out for you in the Student Rules and Code of Conduct page. (But don’t worry, the mods don’t care if your character breaks these rules.) You’ll only have to watch out for the professors, or else your character might end up waxing the X-jet. Ouch. But please do read the Rules page! We expect you to follow those, and remember you cannot start roleplaying until you've been accepted by a mod. :) If you ever need some help or any more explanation, feel free to contact these mods: Allison and Karly.
