126776 Yep, know that one. Or you wake up from the awe-inspiring dream and stub toe/bash leg/knock over drink/kill pet in order to find a pen and paper and then it all just, slips away...
126776 Cool thanks! Any comments or reviews would be much appreciated as book 2 comes out soon :)

126776 Everyone has their own story, or stories if they're creative, but despite the masses that publish or make their work known we're still only seeing a tiny part of what stories people could do.

Unfortunately for me it seems the more ridiculous my ideas, in the spur of the moment for a joke, the better they are. Then I forget them. Such is life I guess.
126776 In light of 'The Myth' (book two of The Firebird Trilogy) being published very soon, you can now get 'The Man' free on kindle for the next two days.

Starting today and ending tomorrow, grab your copy and enjoy, perfect for escaping the post-Christmas slump!

"When magic and mystery become a part of adult memory, and children only know the hushed whispers in dark corners, people expect trouble at every turn. For Gin, her safety relies on those dark corners and the danger of the grimy British streets. Magic and fantasy are a long buried dream; until she meets the candle-maker.

Thrust into his secretive world with just a sullen, shadowy guide for company, Gin clings to the edges until the heavily guarded line between life and fantasy blurs.

As she chases her inevitable future to escape the echo of what lies behind, the world and all she knew of it becomes one final step into the unknown."

126776 What about the apple corers and the rubber grip potato peelers? Don't they deserve love too?!

126776 Ikea doesn't have short cuts, it has mind screws. You think it's a short cut, but it's a quick path to another item you don't own and therefore need to buy quick. But I love their food section. And the plants, the plants are brilliant.

126776 No rain, we've had enough of that on the South coast, but we do have lightning, closely followed by thunder. Scarily closely.

126776 and a fridge. Can't forget the fridge. The fridge is the body that contains Zuul's soul.

126776 Anyone with a time machine should go back in time to find pirates without pants, discover who ate all the socks and find out just what is going on around here. I'll continue working on the space machine (several people working in unison to spin round really fast - keeps the general public away in droves)

126776 Definitely more legs the better. Just be wary of people who ask to borrow them, they rarely give them back :-\
