He's a pleasant change after a run of younger Doctors - a bit more cynical, a bit more grumpy, a bit more calculating and Clara definitely works with him better than Matt Smith. Interesting to see where the Danny Pink / Soldier theme is going. Slightly disappointed the Doctor seems to have forgotten he's looking for Gallifrey!
